Mescalibur was born in 1954 from misplaced parents.
Put in dressage tank until the age of 17, I escaped and lived hidden, in pseudo freedom under domination, until the age of 23; I was taken back by the forces of coercion and placed in level 3 dressage tank for 2 months, then in level 2 tank for 9 months; extracted from this brain pressing, I was placed for 5 years in the dresser also called test of submission, not being able to escape this fatal fate I played the role of the good little slave until the age of 28. In 1981 I decided to escape again and I disappeared in a sound vortex after my meeting with myself during a night of fury and running away from the liars; during the thirty years which followed my parents, helped by some minions would regularly try to grab me to put me back in the mold of submission from which I had escaped. Today, still doubting of having found peace, I travel in space time riding on an unidentified sound object and feeding my mind (or my soul, mystics would say) with freaky sounds: thrills of iridescent metals, squeaks of melted plastic, ephemeral centrifugal pulsations, crystal ululations, delivering to wild children spared by the ravages of language, gathered to listen, the story of my trip never ended in the sources of Chaos.

Passionate about electronics from my childhood, I built an electronic organ in 1966. Two years later, in 1968, I met the so-called electroacoustic music; I started to practice sound recording in 1969, then I played electronic instruments in 1970, accessing to patchable analog synthesizers in 1977 since when I practice improvisation.
I opened and managed the Entropique Production label and web label in 1997.
I ran a show management company for 15 years, working with sound, light, stage and pyrotechnics, from conception to realization, mainly for theater and contemporary dance.
I participate in several improvised music training such as Hélyptronics, Psychedelics Mouthes, Anorkhestra, Elektranus quartett, Le gros chat électrique, VCO, law of freedom, The Molecules Art Ensemble... and in numerous collaborative projects on the web and in physical form.
Since 2010 I have been organizing and running a sound and musical improvisation workshop.
