Partiendo de una larga travesía de tres décadas en la exploración de las dimensiones físicas y místicas de ser un espíritu en un cuerpo humano, Helen siempre ha sabido que en la vida siempre hay más de lo que uno alcanza a ver. Como mentora, mística, profesora de yoga, facilitadora de baile, escritora, artista, guía creativa y una eterna niña salvaje Helen quiere animar a los demás a expresarse libremente y en modo auténtico. Con un alma revolucionaria y la mente de un científico chiflado Helen nunca ha tenido miedo de revolver la olla o balancear la barca. La libertad es lo que ella persigue en todas las cosas. This together with an insatiable curiosity, a ravenous appetite for life and a deep need to create and express has sparked the experimental solo project named H E L.
